Standing in my basement now Connecting it directly to the DSL modem it is a little better, but still re-buffers too frequently (not watchable) on the HD feeds. The current Live feed of Pens/Leafs paused a few times. So it's slightly better...
Any other thoughts, like my WiFi settings? I've got the whole network locked down pretty secure, but it's not a problem for any other streaming video (like network TV directly from their websites - I know: it uses Flash, and this is different, being Win. media)

Oops. Last post was supposed to read something like this:
I changed my Airport settings to increase the Multicast rate from 2 to 5.5 and clicked the Enable Interference Robustness option, and things have improved.
I was able to watch about 5 minutes of a HD Plus feed until the pausing/buffering kicked in, rendering the feed unwatchable.
But I've now watched about 10 minutes of a medium feed (not the HD Plus - it is reporting as High Quality) and I haven't had any pauses for buffering.
Thanks for the quick response - I am certainly impressed. I'm going to upgrade to the monthly plan when the regular season starts.

Archived games
I have MacBook and the stream shows OK (LIVE AND ARCHIVED) with browser (Safari and Firefox) and even with Quick Time Player which I now use.
My problem is: When I would like to jump forward on the ARCHIVED stream (e.g over the intermission) I can't do it. Not with Quick Time, or browser)
I have tried to use VLC player but...(I am not sure that VLC would help...)
it does not show any stream at all.

With PC/IE and Opera tht jump is no problem.
How to manage it with Mac?
---
I am watching the streams from Europe and would be very delighted if the live gamse could be archived very soon after the live game is over. we have 7 hours delay to EST time here in Finland, and the games usually start about 3 AM our time. It would be nice to watch the games first thing in the morning.

I found the solution to this problem.
Intall a program Crossover for Mac (You can find even a free program).
The You can install Internet Explorer and it works fine with your Mac.
The You Install Windows Media Player (9).
Now Yoy can jump on archiced streams and watch easily the dame in full screen.

Still a question: How many hours after the game is final, the game is achicved?

Mac plug-in
I'm a brand new member trying to watch games on my Mac. I downloaded and installed Flip4Mac as per instructions, but cannot get the stream. Instead, all I see in the game window is a little blue brick with question marks. I also get a popup error message saying Safari can't find the Internet plug-in. This page has content of MIME type “application/x-mplayer2”, but you don’t have a plug-in for this MIME type. This page may have the plug-in for you to download and install: http://www.microsoft.com/Windows/MediaPlayer/ I've followed that link and installed Windows Media Player 9 (for Mac OS X) but still get nothing. I'm not a tech person, so can anyone help me figure out how to get this to work?
