Hi, I wanted to purchase the hd stream for the detroit red wings- blue jackets game on thursday. But I haven't used this website and have a few question:
1) If I purchase for 1 day, does it automatically renew itself, in other words do I have to cancel the account myself.
2) I just set up a paypal account today, but have never used it before. If you could tell me how I would pay your site using paypal

Hello,
If you purchase for 1 day you will not have to cancel anything as it will not renew automatically.

To donate simply go to the subscriptions page and create a new subscription.

thank you, ok I want to buy the premium hd verison of the game, but when i go to the subcriptions page it doesn't have an option for 1 day... the smallest amount they offer is 1 week. can you fix that?

You'll have to do it upon registration so you'd have to create a new account.

register.

Don't do it until game day otherwise the account will expire by then.

Can I just update my existing 1 month HD subscription? I mean pay 5 extra bucks, not the whole 20 bucks package since I already paid 15..

Yes you may. Simply send the difference to paypal@hockeystreams.com and I'll update the account manually for you.

The difference is $7.

ok final question..I have 6.96 megabits speed, is this generally sufficient to watch the games on hd on this website?

Yep, that will be fine. You should be fine to watch the HD+ feeds which are 2MBps as well.

I want to subscribe to the play-off deal - however, Hockey Streams just charged my usual monthly $13.99 US for this month (I have been a member since the beginning of regular season). Can we have this adjusted accordingly?
